Upcomers dashboard

Your Upcomers dashboard tracks objectives, drawdown and payout requests. Your trading platform is a separate login, and confusing the two causes most sign-in problems.

Two logins, not one

This is where nearly every Upcomers sign-in problem starts. Your dashboard login is the account you created when you bought the challenge: it shows objectives, drawdown, payout requests and your certificates. Your platform login is a separate set of credentials issued per trading account, and it only works inside the platform you chose.

Dashboard credentials will not log you into MetaTrader 5, and MT5 credentials will not open the dashboard. They are issued separately and they expire separately.

Where your platform credentials work

Upcomers supports six platforms. Your login details are issued for the one attached to your account.

MetaTrader 5

Server, login number and password, entered in the MT5 desktop or mobile app.

cTrader

Credentials tied to a cTrader ID, then the account appears in your account list.

TradeLocker

Browser-first, so there is nothing to install and login is email plus password.

Match-Trader

Web and mobile, with the broker server selected before you sign in.

Bybit

Used for the crypto side of the offering rather than classic FX evaluations.

Upcomers X

The in-house platform, built and run by the firm alongside its own risk engine.

If login fails

If the dashboard itself will not open, use the password reset on the login screen rather than creating a second account. A duplicate account will not carry your challenge across.

Why will my Upcomers password not work on MetaTrader 5?
Because dashboard and platform credentials are separate. MT5 needs the login number, password and exact server name from your credentials email, not the email and password you use for the dashboard.
How do I reset my Upcomers password?
Use the reset link on the dashboard sign-in screen. Do not create a second account, since a new account will not carry your existing challenge or progress.
Why did my platform login stop working suddenly?
The usual cause is a breached account. If a drawdown limit was hit, the trading account is closed while the dashboard still opens. Check your objectives page to confirm.
