The discount code shown on this site reduces what you pay; the referral link is what credits the sale to us. They are two separate things and both can apply at once.

The redirect exists so the referral link lives in one place instead of being hard-coded across every page. You always end up on Upcomers' own domain, and you buy from Upcomers, not from us.
